"Cake time... CAKE TIME!"


Josh enjoys watching Adam play various bullet hell games in the Touhou series. During one particular session, Josh was getting nervous about Adam's survivability and kept encouraging him to use a bomb to save himself. Adam typically refused, following an age-old pattern of not using bombs in these types of games, contrary to Josh's advice. At one point, Josh began saying "Looks like it's cake time to me..." when he felt Adam would be better off using a bomb. Eventually, Josh shortened the phrase to the more urgent "Cake time... CAKE TIME!". The exact origin of this phrase was forgotten just days after it originated, causing Adam to lament "it wasn't lost to time - it was lost to the weekend!".

"...Enjoy."


Also coming from watching Adam play Touhou games, Josh misread the word "enemy" from a distance, thinking that it said "enjoy." Amused by this, Josh took it to mean that the game was offering up the boss for the player to enjoy. Since then, each time Adam faces a boss, Josh halfheartedly says "...enjoy."

"Stop fighting Sunny Milk!"


Sunny Milk is a character from the series and one of the primary antagonists in Fairy Wars, the first Touhou game Adam played, and therefore the first Touhou game Josh was exposed to. Sunny Milk quickly and inexplicably became Josh's favorite Touhou character, becoming protective of her. He would frequently entreat Adam to stop fighting Sunny Milk. Josh eventually began saying this when he became aware of Adam playing any Touhou game.
