"The Enormous Blazing Space Book" is one in a series of six Jetsons-themed activity books given to children at Denny's restaurants in the mid 1990's. Around that time, Adam and Josh were watching the animated series The Tick. In one episode, a group of molemen emerge from underground and become aggravated at the sunlight. They yell: "Ah! The light-! Our eyes-! The light is too bright for our large, underdeveloped, subterranean eyes! Why didn't you warn us about your enormous blazing surface-roof?!"

While conversing about the Jetsons "space travel fun book", Adam and Josh realized that it was much bigger than the typical free handout one would get from a restaurant. In describing it, the "enormous blazing" quote inexplicably popped into their heads and so they began to refer to the book as "the enormous blazing space book". This phrase has become so pervasive that now, when reminded of the original quote, Adam and Josh tend to finish the phrase with "space book" instead of "surface-roof" out of habit.
