Yoshi is a puzzle video game for the original NES that came out in 1992. The game supports a 2-player competitive mode that Adam and Josh are very fond of. The music during the matches is a lively, percussion driven track, but due to the limitations of 8-bit music, the drum almost sounds like a poorly rendered "quack" to Adam and Josh. Finding this amusing when they first started playing, Adam and Josh began to refer to their matches as "Quack Battles". The track has endured to this day.
