Years ago, there was a television commercial for the over-the-counter heartburn medication Tagamet HB. The commercial starred actor Brian Dennehy. Dennehy's stance and the commercial's lighting, combined with Adam and Josh's tendency to see what they want to see, suggested that Dennehy was a hunchback of sorts so they began to refer to him as "The Hunchback". Soon after, they realized that the "HB" in Tagamet HB (which stands for "heartburn") ironically, and comically, could abbreviate "hunchback", making the medication "Tagamet Hunchback".
