There are a number of phrases Adam and Josh use to denote when somebody (including themselves) is put at a disadvantage. They are the following:

To "sabotohge" one's antennae

Pronounced with the "oh" sound for the second letter "a" instead of the correct "aw" sound, the phrase comes from an episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in which the villain's antennae is destroyed without his knowledge, ruining his plan. Upon discovering it, the villain yells "Someone has satabohged my antennae!"

Example: "I was winning the game until he turned things around and completely destroyed me. Somewhere along the line he sabotohged my antennae!"

To torpedo one's casino

Taken from the 2001 movie Oceans Eleven, during the scene in which Danny and Rusty try to convince Reuben to fund their plan. When asked what he has against Terry Benedict, Reuben replies, "He torpedoed my casino...muscled me out. Now he's blowing it up to make way for some..gaudy monstrosity!"

Example: "Bobby's business was running on easy street until new competition came and took all his customers away. Company XYZ totally torpedoed his casino."

To self-pile

Taken from Money Idol Exchanger (aka Money Puzzle Exchange), a Neo Geo puzzle arcade game. When a player loses because he or she accidentally stacks a piece on a pile that's already too high, the game provides the reason for the loss as a "self pile". Adam and Josh use the phrase to denote when something one does inadvertently hurts themselves.

Example: "You could have just been satisfied with your poker winning streak after five wins, but no, you had to play one more hand and manage to lose it all. Way to self-pile."

Both the first and second phrases have versions that make them more in line with the third. For instance, when Adam installed a codec to play a particular file format but ended up messing up support for another codec, one could say he sabotohged his own antennae or that he torpedoed his own casino.
